The whole world is in a state of chassis

That was said by Rashers Tierney in a book called Strumpet City,which is a fantastic book.But its a recurring theme in this world.At any one time there is civil wars,major wars,religous wars and local wars going on,not to mention the credit crunch,the mortgage problems,unemployment etc etc.So you see Rashers was way ahead of his time.Last night the whole of Spain will have been in a state of chassis after they deservedly beat the Germans in the European Nations cup final.They were my fancy for the tournament and i am delighted they won.
We had our best week in about a year last week.The weather is a huge help,and lets hope it stays sunny and everyone can get their shorts out.I would like to say here a big thank you to Adriana my Romanian Princess and all her team,they all do a brilliant job particularly Steve Johnson in the kitchen who has been working in very hot conditions,and turning out great stuff.
