BIG GAME TONIGHT,WE WILL BE WATCHING

ENGERLAND play Croatia tonight and it will be live on my tv.I really dont know why players who play brilliantly for their clubs week in week out cannot perform to the same standard when they all get together and join the England squad.Is it the money? is it the manager? it really is a mystery when lesser players who play for Ireland,Wales and Scotland play way above themselves.That point will be argued over and over tonight,and for many nights to come.
This weekend live music returns to the Witch.Well, its Keith Normans 40th bithday and the music is for him.He is a West Ham fan is Keith,part of a small but loyal group of lads who have followed the Irons for years without any success but woe betide anyone who disses their team.They are the type of people i admire,success is great but these people support their team with the same enthusiasm as if they win the treble every year.The music this weekend is by Ian Sillett,the Piano Man,and Dan the Bass Player.
The Man City boys cannot quite believe whats happened to their club,and ARAB HEADDRESS will be the order of the day versus Chelski.Exciting times ahead

MUSIC IS THE FOOD OF LIFE

Not quite sure who said that but it was someone famous.Going to have Ian Sillett,better known in these parts as the Piano Man,perform once a month on a Saturday night from 10 til 12, a couple of hours of cool stuff to send us all to bed chilled out.Also Ian is going to source three other performers from THE BRIGHTON INSTITUTE OF MODERN MUSIC where he runs a course,so you will get to see the stars before they become stars,now how exciting is that.You can have little games among yourselves to try and guess who will make it.A sort of Witch factor, we could probably end up with our own tv show but thats only a dream or maybe a nightmare.We seem to have shed a lot of our regular drinkers since we started doing the food so Muzzy,before you go to OZ it would be nice to buy you a pint.
Thats just one of the ideas floating around in this pool of invention which is my mind.We are putting around 5000 flyers giving a 15% discount on food so be sure to look out for them or ask at the bar.
Also watch out for our new menu which will be out this week with our new kitchen team of John,Matt and Roland,which will include some exciting stuff for you veggies and some fantastic sweets,which are Johns speciality.We try to please all the people all the time but it is very difficult when not all your team sing from the same hymn sheet all the time,but hopefully the choir will be well practised for the battles ahead,
